At Village Hat Shop, we want you to love your headwear. If your hat doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Hat
Carefully place the hat in its original shipping box with all tags attached to ensure it does not lose its shape during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
